All packages are sent through Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided via email once package is sent. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with Australia Post in regards to the exact location of the shipment. Unfortunatley we can not send to P.O. Boxes.

Incorrect Address/ Acceptance of Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the incorrect address is provided and or the package goes missing, we are not responsible for any replacement or refund of the sale item. If the package is re-directed back to sender the customer will need to pay for the additional shipping fees.

Order Does Not Arrive

Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. For All Studio is not responsible for fault of delivery by Australia Post. Please let us know, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
